We have immediate, direct hire positions open for Sales Associates with direct client experience to join a rapidly-growing team of system integration professionals. Our Sales Associates are involved throughout the project lifecycle from concept through installation, according to the property construction schedule.
Successful Sales Associates communicate effectively with others in a team environment, are masters of juggling multiple priorities against deadlines, and are highly motivated with a passion to succeed. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities:
Assess each client's home technology needs and develop detailed sales proposals
Follow up on a high volume of incoming sales leads from local home builders in a timely manner
Conduct initial sales appointment with new clients
Document client interaction in our proprietary Customer Relationship Management system
Prepare electronic client files for handoff to the Production team
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Route sales inquiries to the appropriate team member
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Learn all pre-engineered product options and how they work together
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to commute daily to our offices in Sterling, VA
Minimum one year of sales experience in a team environment
Drive to exceed sales goals
Ability to understand and design simple to complex AV and network systems
Excellent attention to detail while handling multiple project requests in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word and aptitude for learning new software
Ability to obtain VA Department of Criminal Justice Services certification
