Our growing Allstate agency in Burke, VA seeks a full-time, dedicated insurance sales
professional who will focus on winning and serving customers for Auto, Home, Life and
Business insurance. This is a professional, career position. Licensed, experienced candidates
with Allstate or other insurance sales experience are preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates
encouraged to apply.
You must have the ability to work with online computer systems in support of sales
and customer service. You must be honest, have a strong work ethic, a desire to help
others, and experience communicating with customers in a professional work environment.
If you are not currently licensed, you can study for the State of Virginia license, and we will
reimburse you for the cost of the training course to secure a sales producer license in Virginia.
Compensation is based on experience. Our company pays generous wages, commissions and
bonuses - working hard, Allstate sales leaders in Northern Virginia can earn over $4,000 in
monthly commissions. After six months of employment, we offer a monthly health and wellness
stipend, annual vacation days / Paid-Time-Off, and participation in our 401K program with
