About Us:

We are a wholesale cabinet/granite/and tile company based out of Springfield VA. We have a walk in showroom in Springfield VA that is designed to assist walk in customers. The super majority of our customers are going to be repeat business. We distribute directly to contractors, builders, investors, and other licensed professionals. Majority of the time, our customers know exactly what they need and provide us with a list of things that they need. Occasionally we will be provided with layouts, dimensions, or a blueprint that we must convert into an invoice using a design program. Some of our contractors like to use our show room by sending to their homeowners to our location as we explain our products and services.

Who We Are Looking For:

This Is A Full Time Commissioned Sales Job with a base wage. We are Looking for an individual who is self-driven, experienced in sales, and can work without supervision. This is a commission job with residual income. As your customer pool grows, your paychecks will residually increase. Some leads will be provided for you, a lot of calling will have to be made to get customers in the showroom. The job is very simple and calm that requires constant attention to minor details. A person who is strong in math, basic computer functions, and sales with a will have an easy job with this job.

Job Description:

1 - Assist Walk In Customers. Examples Include

a-) Create Kitchen Designs For Contractors with Kitchen Measurements

b-) Create An Invoice For A Walk In Client Who Has A List Of Things They Need

c-) Assist Homeowners with Product Selection And Answering Questions They Have

d-) explain products and services to a non-existing client

2 - Market For New Clients

a-) Open New Accounts For First Time Walk In Clients

b-) "Warm Calling" / Prospecting For New Clients

b-) Sending Emails To Contractors, And Other Networking Techniques

3 -- The Sale Process

→ Design Program Will Be Taught

→ QuickBooks Invoicing Will Be Taught

→ Accepting Payments Will Be Taught

→ Placing Orders Will Be Taught

→ Following Up With Customers Will Be Taught

→ Damaged Order Claims Will Be Taught

Pay Rate: Hourly + Commission

Average Salesman: 35k - 50k A Year

Good Salesman: 50k - 75k

Hardworking Excellent Salesman: 75k-100k+ EASY
