We are locating in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. We offer up to the minute latest fashion for women that you see on Celebrities and in Magazines.
Utilize your leadership experience and excellent communication skills by coaching and developing sales staff to provide an outstanding level of customer service. With an upbeat, motivational attitude, Lead Stylist work closely with sales staff to deliver product knowledge, drive sales and uphold operational standards.
You must have at least 1 year of retail experience (preferable in a specialty retail environment), and you must have the ability to work a flexible schedule consisting of days, nights, weekends and holiday shifts.If you want to use your leaderships skills and you LOVE all things fashion this is the job for you. We are looking for a dependable, responsible, trustworthy, and outgoing person that has a good sense of current fashion trends.
Duties will include:
-Keyholder
-Sales
-Quality Control
-Merchandising
-Perform opening and closing store procedures
-Provide excellent and friendly customer service, style customers
-Keep the store orderly
Experience:
-Clothing retail experience preferred
-Must be energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented
-Strong communication skills to work with other employees and customers
-Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
-Flexible and dependable
-Must be hard-working, attentive, strong work ethic
