The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting and effectively interacting with customers and residents. Primary responsibilities are to tour prospects, maintain leasing requisites, process applications, participate in resident events, and participate in community outreach activities. Ideal candidates should have a strong sense of team-spirit, work ethic, must possess a positive and professional attitude.
Job Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience
Energetic, personable attitude and provides attention to detail
Good computer skills
