Sun Design Remodeling Specialists has an exciting new opening for a Salesperson to join our team! The Salesperson is a valuable member of a unique team that is on a mission to deliver WOW through service. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, a great attitude, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
This position involves:
Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
Maintaining gross profit margins
Following the Sun Design sales system
Converting leads into design agreements, then into construction contracts
Estimating projects and writing construction contracts
Working with our in-house architect, designers, and production crews
Minimum Requirements: Salesperson must be a top performer, have a fantastic attitude, and a willingness to learn. Salesperson must also have proven experience in residential remodeling with the ability to estimate, sell, manage and help design/engineer residential construction projects. Sandler sales system; familiarity with remodeling/construction; strong computer knowledge; excellent organizational skills; and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements: Proven professional design/build background in residential environment.
Compensation is based on experience and consists of cash flow plus commission.
