netlogicdc is a fast-growing IT solutions provider in the DC metropolitan area. Weâre looking for a Engineer to join our technical ranks. This role acts in support of our Senior Engineers. You will provide help desk/I.T. support to our clients throughout the work- day. Most of this work will be conducted remotely from our office. Onsite support is also an important part of the job. Examples of onsite work include the installation and configuration of new hardware (desktops/laptops), and troubleshooting network infrastructure (routers/firewalls).
A perfect candidate for this is a confident, experienced, desktop support technician, with cursory server administration experience. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, or 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of demonstrable technical support experience (supporting Windows 7Âand newer).
Desktop hardware expertise. You should be able to assemble a computer from scratch, and/or diagnose issues with ease.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills.
Familiarity with network hardware, and its configuration (e.g.- routers, firewalls).
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience with Windows Server OS, and related server hardware.
Demonstrable experience with network hardware, and its configuration.

One or more relevant certifications, such as: A+, MCP, NET+.
