Automotive Service Advisor - Reston
We are a highly rated independent automotive repair shop, looking for a top-level service advisor to join our team. A competent customer service background is required, as well as:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent phone presence and manners
A minimum of five years of experience
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers at the front counter
Creating comprehensive and complete service tickets
Performing walk-around inspections of vehicles with customers as necessary
Producing a thorough estimate of required and recommended services upon completion of the technician’s inspection of the vehicle
Updating customers and appropriate staff members throughout the day on the status of vehicle
Finalize and process paperwork
Create an invoice for the work completed
Notify customer when car is ready for pick up
Maintain a clean and orderly work station
Continual “Industry Training” is required
