Construction Company seeks SITE SUPERINTENDENTS and PROJECT MANAGERS for Multifamily and Mixed-Use projects. General knowledge of Construction methods and all trades is necessary, ESPECIALLY WOOD FRAMING. Computer and good communication skills are a must. Applicant needs to have their own transportation and be able to pass a background check. We will consider you if you have acted as Site Superintendent for single family builds.

1- how many years you have acted as a superintendent and with what company (or if you were self employed)
2- how many stories and square feet the largest building you have completed was (including if it was single family)
3- if you have completed any concrete deck, steel erection or pedestal buildings, please make a note of that
