We are a property maintenance company looking to hire a Highly Qualified Maintenance Professional for the DC METRO AREA
Starting pay is $30 to $50 Hourly 1099 for HIGHLY QUALIFIED Contractor individual.
- You will need to have your own Professional Work Truck or Cargo Van.
- You will need to be fully equipped to tackle all types of INTERIOR and EXTERIOR work orders.
- You will need to travel to DC, MD and VA job sites. You are paid as normal for drive time.
- We assign work-orders Monday through Saturday so we work 6 days per week.
You will need all tools for :
Drywall
Framing
Painting
Light Plumbing and Electrical
Tiling
Carpentry
All of our techs are averaging 40 to 55 hours per week.
Starting pay is $30 to $50 Hourly for HIGHLY QUALIFIED and FULLY equipped Contractor individual.
