IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for experienced HVAC residential and light commercial mechanics to work throughout the Northern Virginia area. We are a well-established HVAC company located Manassas, Charlottesville, Richmond and Chesapeake Virginia along with Suburban Maryland. We are actively looking for qualified technicians for the Northern Virginia area. Responsible for the residential service and installation of HVAC system. Attention to detail in paperwork, and all aspects of the job is a must. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. We are a proud to be a drug free company. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Service and installing residential HVAC system. Troubleshooting and repair major HVAC parts such as refrigeration leaks, motors, contactors, transformers, thermostats, plus provide excellent customer service to our customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years verifiable Service Technician experience.
Master/Journeyman license a plus But not necessary
Knowledge of residential and light commercial equipment manufacturers
Must be adept at troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and related components.
Retro/Change-out experience a plus.
HVAC installation experience is a plus.
Must possess safe work habits as well as be reliable & responsible.
Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently.
Must follow all company policies & procedures.
Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Company vehicle maybe provided for you to take home, you will be held accountable to keep it clean inside and out, to be used for company use only.
NATE certification is a plus.
Must have own hand tools to perform the job required.
A good attitude, work ethic, be personable and possess excellent customer service skills
