Choice Property Management is seeking to hire a FULL TIME W-2 employee for the position of Handyman / Maintenance Technician for our Vienna office.
The candidate MUST have the following skills:
â¢Perform various drywall repairs
â¢Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
â¢Perform touch up work
⢠Basic electrical repairs
⢠Basic plumbing repairs
⢠General home maintenance work
⢠Know how to follow instructions and ask questions when it's not clear.
⢠Be professional, courteous and take pride in his/her work
The following skills are not required but desirable:
⢠Diagnose, assess and repair issues with home appliances
⢠Basic HVAC repairs
The candidate for this position must possess the following:
⢠MUST have a Truck or a Van and MUST have Basic hand tools
⢠Must be able to carry equipment and supplies in the Truck/Van for daily job assignments
⢠MUST be able to participate in the maintenance on-call rotation program
⢠A valid driver's license and clean driving record
⢠MUST have a Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, pictures and emails

Hourly Position (Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Some evenings and weekend hours may be required.
