Foulger-Pratt Companies has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician II in Washington, DC. This position will be responsible for performing all necessary property maintenance to maintain and enhance the property as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include: general maintenance, drywall, painting, assist with grounds maintenance, after hour emergency calls, snow removal and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates will possess overall maintenance knowledge, organizational skills, and trouble-shooting abilities with skills in HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
Job Requirements
1+ years of verifiable proficiency in general maintenance is preferred.
2+ years in the multifamily industry.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school and/or military training a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Possess and maintain Type II CFC Certification.
