Perform interior and exterior painting, staining, varnishing, patching, plaster and drywall, caulking, and sanding. Use of paint spray equipment, both airless and cup gun and use of spray texture equipment.
Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel area down times in order to minimize inconveniencing guests.
Respond to guest room calls as required.
Complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance procedures.
