Choice Property Management is seeking to hire a FULL TIME W-2 employee for the position of Painter for our Vienna office.
The position requires the candidate to perform the following tasks:
•Perform various drywall repairs
•Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
•Perform touch up work
•General home maintenance work
•Ability to follow instructions.
Knowledge of general maintenance and other handyman capabilities are a plus.
The candidate for this position must possess the following:
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Paint brushes and handyman tools
• Reliable transportation
• 1-3 years of successful experience in residential or commercial painting.
• MUST have a Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, pictures and emails

Hourly Position (Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Some evenings and weekend hours may be required.
