Duties:

-Performs service repair work on heating & air conditioning equipment and makes Quality Assurance visits to F.H. Furr installations

-Performs preventative maintenance, routine adjustments to heating and air conditioning system controls and duct work as needed

-When diagnosing equipment issues, assess the extent of repairs needed, and describes options to the customer in a comprehensive manner via an iPad. Service Titan knowledge a plus

-Identifying, reporting, and educating homeowners about potential improvements to their current system (newer system, membership program, additional services, and products)

-Complete required forms with accuracy on behalf of each customer per F.H. Furr standards to facilitate complete resolution of the issue discovered

-Perform work in a safe manner to ensure all code compliances and safety measures are always taken

-Actively participating in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies

-Emergency Service once every 5 weeks on weekends, and one weekday approximately every 26 days as required

-Performs other duties as assigned when necessary.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma (or GED)

-EPA HCFC Certification

-A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HVAC Service repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems, and mini splits a plus

-Ability to work independently, maintain a “can do” approach and be a team player

-Commitment to empathically serving customers needs with a good attitude

-Effectively communicate issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers

-Attention to detail, demonstrate speed, accuracy in the completion of all tasks

Training:

-Regular training classes

-Weekly service meetings with career coaching
