Multi-skilled exterior repair technician needed!
Looking for 2-3 man crew only to do small jobs.
Must have truck or van and tools/ ladders/ ladder racks.
Must have ability to email and text daily.
$475 day-rate includes your own helper plus gas
$600 day- rate if you have your own insurance (workmans-comp & liability)
Scope of Work Varies to include:
Roof Repairs
Siding Repairs
Gutter Repairs/ Cleaning
Trim Repairs & Trim Capping
Carpentry/ Door trim surround replacement
Carpentry/ Window and front door surround replacement
Roof repairs can be on up to 4 stories.
Our company is based out of Ashburn and work primary in the Northern Virginia area- cities to include: Sterling, Ashburn, Aldie, South Riding, Leesburg, Purcellville, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly and Centreville.
