The Summer House is currently hiring full time Bartenders with minimum 2 years experience in high volume, high end establishment. Strong spirit/wine and food knowledge, able to handle fast paced demand, must be able to multi-task efficiently and be a great team player.
We're looking for people that can talk up anything, and sell everything.
We pride ourselves on having a staff with outgoing personalities, intriguing character that draw the guests in, and a style of service that has them coming back asking for you again.
This all has to be done while smiling and engaging the guests, we need truly experienced & seasoned bartenders. If accepted the training program will be an intense 3 day process, with a beverage/menu exam following.
