Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to oversee complex claims processes
Good communication skills required
Prior experience in a busy, fast paced, high volume environment required
Ability to deal with people in a professional and pleasant manner in a busy atmosphere
Ability to problem solve and handle conflict as it arises in the scope of employment
Computer literacy is required
