Additional duties include assisting with document management, file management, and answering phone calls.

Unlimited potential for advancement and promotion based on performance. We will train the right person to be an eventual leader in our office -- we hire for the long-term, not short-term fixes, and take our commitment to our employees very seriously. This position could grow into a managerial position over time, given the right candidate. We take care of our employees: we have no employee working in any of our offices who has been with us less than four (4) years. We are a very low turnover family -- that's our philosophy. If we choose you to come work for us, we don't see it as short-term, and we will take care of you.

We are seeking an individual with an EXTREMELY high level of "people" skills -- someone who is able to deal with high-pressure situations with grace, and be charming, firm, and liked by clients / vendors / co-workers, all at the same time.

We are also seeking an individual with an EXTREMELY high level of attention to detail. This position will require frequent communication with other attorneys and assistants via email and telephone in order to schedule meetings, follow-up on correspondence requests, and otherwise get people to do things they don't normally want to do. The right candidate will be able to clearly and professionally communicate to ANYONE as required, including via email, social media, or in person.
