Moeller Trucking is hiring OTR company drivers out of our Winter Haven, FL office for Florida to OH/IN/MI/TX reefer lanes. We are a family owned and operated company, run consistent lanes with predictable mileage. Benefits:
â New pay scale starts at $0.47 per mile minimum for singles.
â Pay $20/hour detention, layover pay, stop pay, safety bonus, vacation, holidays
â 95% 1 pick and 1 drop and 50% drop and hook
â Per diem pay option to help you minimize your taxes under the new tax law.
â Very reasonable Full Medical coverage starting at $15/week, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match.
â Annual Retention bonus
â Average fleet pay is over $65,000 annually
â Drivers can expect to be home weekly, or can get additional miles if desired.
â Experienced, fair, and stable dispatch
Driver Qualifications:
â Two years of recent tractor-trailer experience.
â Must be at least 23 years old.
â No more than four moving violations or any serious moving violations in the last 36 months.
â No felony convictions within the last seven years.
â Must be focused on safety and customer service.
â Must satisfactorily pass a drug test, if required.
â Must satisfactorily pass any physical testing requirements.
â Only professional drivers should apply.
