Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.Location: Field Based (Las Vegas/Henderson areas, Nevada)The CareMore Touch Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing patient care and treatment in collaboration with a physician and other healthcare providers. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Performs health assessments and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines.

Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs.

Formulates and documents care plan.

Prescribes medication or other forms of treatment.

Visits patients daily in the Las Vegas/Henderson areas in Nevada.

Participates in On-Call program which may include after-hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitations.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing.

1 year of related Clinical Nurse Practitioner experience.

Current, unrestricted RN license and NP license in the state of Nevada is required.

Possession of a DEA license or eligibility is required.

Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance.

Experience with the geriatric population preferred.

Mobile health experience preferred.

For CareMore business units, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
