This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Annual Salary: $95K

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Manager:
  • Directly responsible for managing service desk team
  • Monitor SLAs on a daily basis and ensure effective and efficient issue resolution
  • Monitor customer calls and escalated tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure issues that cannot be resolved by service desk are appropriately escalated
  • Ensure Service Desk Analysts complete requisite training; offer supplemental training and support

Requirements of the Service Desk Manager:
  • At least 5 years of practical experience with service management, program management, process development/compliance, and problem-solving skills in the IT services industry
  • Several years of experience providing technical solutions to customers both over the phone and remotely
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high call volume environment (30+ calls per day)
  • At least 6 months of experience carrying out responsibilities without supervision
