ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Direct and oversee all culinary operations
· Create and implement menus
· Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking
· Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members
· Perform general management duties including budgeting and forecasting
· Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practice
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training
