Position Title:
Desktop Service Engineer
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Beacon Hill is seeking a Desktop Service Engineer with 3 + years of experience in troubleshooting, end-user engineering and troubleshooting for our client based out of Miami. This candidate mist have experience in troubleshooting a high volume amount of end users across multiple states. This candidate must also have experience with Endpoint Patch and Management using Windows Server. This candidate must also have experience with managing custom SCCM security roles and permission.
Required Skills:
3+ years of troubleshooting experience
3+ years of endpoint engineering and deployment
Great communication and interactive skills
Experience with Deploying Operating System Images (primarily Windows 10) via SCCM OSD
Experience with Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images
Knowledge in Endpoint architecture and Image Development
Backend SCCM Engineer experience is a must
Longevity
Be willing to close tickets
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Patch Management
Experience with Powershell Scripting
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not a requirement
Bilingual Skills
Financial Background experience
Someone that has enterprise level expereince
Experience with Reporting
