Job Description
Greet customers over the phone and in person and answer product and service questions
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepares parts and service orders by collecting customer information, filling out all forms and entering information into database.
Report all showroom stock needing replenishment, and customer orders needing parts to office manager daily.
contact customers when parts orders come in
work with vendors and manufacturers to verify warranty claims and payments and financing.
Coordinate with the repair shop to provide a rapid and smooth turn around time for repaired equipment.
Communicate accurate turnover times and rates with customers.
Answer phones to assist with customer orders and product inquiries.
Assist customers with questions about equipment or parts in the showroom including warranties, specs, pricing, financing, terms of sale or rental etc.
MULTITASKING IS A MUST. APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO QUICKLY HELP GUESTS AND ANSWER MULTIPLE PHONE SYSTEM.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of C-Systems / Infinity software
KNOWLEDGE OF CHAINSAWS, TRIMMERS BLOWERS, LAWNMOWERS ETC IS A MUST.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK.
