Companionship
Personal Care and Bathing
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Transportation and Errands
Qualifications and Skills
CNA License or HHA Certificate current and in good standing
Current CPR Certification
HIV/Aids Training Certificate (within 2 years)
Level 2 background screening through AHCA
Physical (free of communicable disease statement) with TB test within 6 months (or chest X-ray within 1 yr)
Minimum 1 year verifiable experience
