Seeking to hire a very strong front desk individual for an extremely busy primary care
practice.
Individual will be responsible for answering the phones, trouble-shooting patient
problems, referring patients to the correct department, calling patients to remind them of
appointments, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments. Individual must have
very good customer service and communication skills, detail oriented, good computer
skills, and a minimum of one year experience.
We are looking for long term oriented individuals who truly care about the patient as we
are a busy office with a family-friendly atmosphere which truly cares about its patients
and employees and aims for the best reputation in the community. We want you if you
are serious about providing excellent customer service.
As one of the team members of the front desk department, the individual is an integral
part of our patient services team as the position serves in a cross-trained, fast-paced
environment. Must have a compassion and understanding for all patients and believe that
patient care is paramount. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize and pay
attention to detail while remaining focused in a busy environment. Must understand
verification of benefits and have an outgoing personality.
