I am in need of 2 reliable and experienced individual that can start immediately that has at least a year of cleaning experience that can clean residential homes and commercial accounts. Looking for someone long term. MUST pass a background check ( no felonies and absolute no one who is on opiates of any kind) and must be able to be bonded. MUST have your own vehicle and valid drivers license and a phone for contact. I will require at least 2 business references. The pay depends on experience, but starting out pay is a percentage of what I charge for each account starting at 30-40% plus gas .
