For more than 25 years, we have been providing professional grounds maintenance and burial services at cemeteries throughout multiple states. We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker in the Ormond Beach area. As part of our team you will assist with the layout and preparation of interments, the arrangement of canopies and chairs for ceremonies, the installation of grave markers and memorials, equipment maintenance, debris removal and other various land maintenance tasks.
The job will operate on a 40 hour/week, flexible shift that may require overtime and/or weekends as necessary. The position is expected to earn between $12.00-$14.00/hour depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, basic health insurance and a 401-k plan with company match for all eligible employees.
Prospective candidate would need to possess the following;
● Experience operating a backhoe and tractor
● Ability to operate hand held tools and equipment
● Ability to accurately use measuring devices
● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
● Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions (hot/cold)
Other Qualifications:
● You will be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
● You will need to have a good driving record.
● You will need proper authorization to work in the United States.
