Part-Time Front Gate Attendant
Upscale gated, 55+ community in Flagler Beach is seeking a part-time front gate attendant. Up to 64 hours per month. Night and weekend shifts available. Applicants should have basic computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, enforce company policy, possess strong communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Responsibilities will include:
1) Welcoming residents and working the gate access control system
2) Registering guests and outside vendors and assisting them
3) Maintaining homeowner contact information and access permissions for vendors, guests and family members
4) Relaying after hours resident issues to proper personnel
5) Other duties as needed
