Come join our team as a Site Facilitator, working with our 3 farms in Florida located in Bunnell in Flagler county, Oasis in Palm Beach county (either can be your home base) and Homestead in Miami-Dade county. Quarterly travel between the 3 farms is required.
Your duties will include:
· Providing Customer Service on product availability
· Providing product information, knowledge and training in answering questions related to our products
· Other duties will be required
Competencies we need:
· Experience in the Florida market
Familiarity with Florida grades and standards for nursery plants
· Excellent customer service & sales skills
-Attention to detail
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Able to take feedback and instruction
Qualifications we need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Plant knowledge or industry experience
- Valid state driver’s license and meet company requirements as to driving record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, to include:
o Frequent standing, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling; fine motor skills
o Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, pull and/or move up to at least 51 pounds with or without assistance
