You should also know your way around a commercial kitchen and the tools needed to do your job.What you'll do: A typical day includes working as part of a team to prepare meals for residents, including those with multiple dietary restrictions. You'll serve snacks and supplements and connect with residents each day as you document nutritional intake. You'll also help with dining and kitchen cleanup, safety monitoring, and sanitary practices to avoid contamination.
