You'll document missed medications, errors and when medication is accidentally dropped. You'll follow up with residents to ensure appropriate observation and documentation of response to medications. You'll take ownership of the medication storage areas, meeting health standards at all times.You'll keep a watchful eye over resident health, and help as needed with transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate techniques and equipment. You'll help residents to meals and promote a positive dining experience. Prior work experience may not be required to be hired into this job. A high school education or higher education is not required to be hired into this job.
