RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Administrator/Salesforce Administrator in Doral, FL.

Summary:
The Business Administrator/Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for and support the continuous efforts of enhancement, maintenance, and widespread adoption. This role will be part of an Agile Delivery team supporting the company business segment initiatives and reporting to an IT Squad Leader.

Responsibilities:
Business Administrator/Salesforce Administrator will develop benchmark items that affect the user
Liaise with Segment Product Owners Participates in Scrum Meetings
Update business on new features and capabilities
Participate in Discovery and CRM requirement workshops to ensure business requirement expectation are met to help the business understand art of possible out of box capability, trade-off
Summarize and communicate issues that affect quality and report them to stakeholders
As a Business Administrator/Salesforce Administrator, you will provide technical assistance when required
Manage tickets and cross department problem resolution; Perform root cause analysis on issues
Participate in Agile projects for the delivery or maintenance of features
Provide internal support and training to team on the development and use of Salesforce
Business Administrator/Salesforce Administrators develop and produces reports in Salesforce
Derive and refine client success metrics that measure the impacts of Salesforce user adoption and sales force effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Salesforce Sales and/or Service Console Certification preferred
5 years of analyst, solution architect, or tech lead experience required
1-2 years of Salesforce configuration and deployment experience required
Technology expertise in architecture, hands on design and programming and applying technology
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and documenting Business Requirements
Technical experience in configuring Salesforce required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Possesses strong attention to detail and superior follow-up skills
Ability to contribute new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges
Utilizes strong analytical skill to devise solutions to complex problems
Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders
Ability to build the trust of the user community and the cooperation of development team
