RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Doral, FL.
Summary:
The Business Analyst will support the implementation and adoption of CRM. The role will interface with key stakeholders and translate business requirements into system design. The Business Analyst will possess hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration skills and knowledge of the platform's functionality and capability. They will understand how changes may impact the user community, work to educate, and provide detailed information for the purposes of governance decision making by the business, set the product roadmap and stay abreast of SFDC features and functionality as well as related technologies.
Some of the responsibilities include the following:
Business Analyst will work with PO in gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business strategy to recommend technology solutions that meet a business unit's overall vision
Understand the impact of requirements to business processes and technical landscape
Create business requirement documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile deployments, participate in Agile ceremonies and set development priorities
Work with the Salesforce Development Squad, to communicate, verify, test, and deploy the desired functionality changes
Document processes, field maps, procedures, and workflows
As a BA, you will troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions in Salesforce
Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required
Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features, enhancements, and changes
Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
Develop and maintain business process documentation and lead business process analysis and redesign activities
Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training to users as required
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
