We are searching for an experienced Full time Accounting Admin to add to the growing team. Candidate should exhibit extreme attention to detail, responsible and a fast learner. Basic requirements for the position include:
- 2 year of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- 1 year of Experience with Quickbooks
- Detail Oriented
- Good with math and calculations
- Familiar with EFTPS and IRS payments
- Fast learner
- Problem Solver
- Organizational skills is a MUST
- English and Spanish speaker
- Experience with insurance claims is a plus, but not mandatory
- Bi-weekly Payroll Administration
- Knows how to reconcile accounts
Must be used to a fast pace environment where skills and responsibilities can vary on a day to day basis.
