Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, budget-friendly project delivery while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards. This role is central to client satisfaction and the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all stages of the installation process, including scheduling, materials procurement, and labor coordination.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.
Serve as the primary liaison among clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
Experience managing window and door installation projects is a strong plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $75,000 - $140,000 annually, based on relevant experience.
Annual discretionary bonus opportunities.
