Looking for a Quality Assurance/Tranier for a Financial Services Company
Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-7pm
Weekly Salary (Generous)
Job entails:
-Audit calls to make sure all agents are complaint and recognizing if extra training is needed.
-Retraining agents in need of extra help.
-Will report to Owner, Manager, and HR if needed.
-Must be willing to get on the phone for 1 month
