RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Product Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL).

Summary:
This person is an avid, inquisitive researcher, and an energetic doer that sees end to end tasks to the finish line with a continuous improvement interactive approach. As the Digital Marketing Product Manager, you will have experience in the product development life cycle and a passion for building exceptional user experiences and improving customers satisfaction. You are a skillful communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment, puts the customer experience first, operates cross-functionally (both with business and technology partners), has a strong aptitude for process innovation, and influences key stakeholders into action. The Digital Marketing Product Manager spearheads the product team to develop features, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:
Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products
Digital Marketing Product Manager will serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge, and answering questions related to the product
Oversee and lead business requirements documentation, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Manage the product roadmap and backlog for digital products
Digital Marketing Product Manager will monitor and evaluate product performance in order to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Work with digital leads to develop product positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Collaborate with digital leads to connect the journey across all customers digital touchpoints

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, related field, or comparable experience
5+ years of work experience as product owner or project manager in web and/or mobile app (hybrid and native)
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
Strong digital web and mobile app (hybrid and native) research experience
Proficient in creating user journeys
Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Google Drive, Jira, and Confluence experience
Experience with digital product ideation, prototyping, implementation and administration
Experience in usability and customer-focused design
Experience with measurable and successful monetary results directly tied to UX strategy and research work
Experience with robust content management systems (i.e., Sitecore)
Experience optimizing content following best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO
Experience utilizing digital analytical tools (GA, GA4, GTM, Data Studio, Optimize, and Firebases
Experience analyzing and using data to evaluate outcomes and inform decisions
Fluency in Agile methodology, including creating user stories, managing a backlog and creating test cases
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Ability to stay on top of new digital marketing trends and technology
Great interpersonal and communication skills
