Job Description:

Summary: We are looking for a professional individual who will carry out a cross-functional role with initiatives across our e-commerce, operations, customer service, and marketing department. This individual will support management as it relates to the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
  • Assisting in the eCommerce channel management, including product maintenance, order entry, product page creation and updates.
  • Planning and management all ecommerce inventory and monthly forecasting and reporting and collaborating with the Director of Supply Chain.
  • Supporting the customer inquiries with timely and accurate follow up.
  • Working closely with our marketing department to ensure goals and initiatives are being met.
  • Analyze and present recommendations to team for process improvement.
  • Assisting in the growth of ecommerce into international markets and into new marketplace opportunities.
  • Analytical review of ecommerce and website performance along with monthly reporting on key online trends, sales, inventory, and traffic.
  • Work closely with on-site and off-site fulfillment centers to make sure that orders are fulfilled on time and inventory stock is sufficient to meet the ecommerce weekly/monthly forecast.
  • Complete in-house order fulfilment on slow moving products not stocked at distribution centers.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team as needed with additional support to facilitate tradeshows, training, email campaigns, social media, and website maintenance as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Education: College degree is required
  • 1-2 Years Ecommerce/Marketing experience required
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Ebay selling platforms is a plus
  • Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions
  • Has the desire and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
