Project Details:
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Zoom experience, teams, Cisco WebEx, Slack - know how to use it and set up meetings properly
Dealing with executive assistants
Basic conference room equipment, camera, - be able to troubleshoot
IT executive support - for VPs
Meetings set up correctly and sent out correctly
Printers/scanners/fax machines
Imaging - turn it on and input a few things
Emphasis on (AV) audio visual equipment, conference room equipment; basic line tech, completing tasks
Qualifications:
What are the top 3 MUST HAVE technologies or Required experience of the position?
A + Certification or 3+ years of experience
Troubleshooting
Zoom/teams/cisco/WebEx/slack - set up and send meetings to executives
Troubleshooting for Printers/scanners/fax machines
Imaging - not configuring but should know what it is and have some experience
