DescriptionPurchasing candidate will be purchasing from several different vendors and tracking through Excel, FACTS, and Salesforce. Candidate will run daily, weekly, monthly reports and analyzing and monitoring stock levels to identify needs. Candidate will also be maintaining vendors, following up with vendors, reviewing and correct any order discrepancies and will work closely with the Inventory Control Manager. Supervise billing employees for verification, coding and charges. Assist in coding medical services and procedures using CPT-4 and ICDI 0 coding principles. Codes to the appropriate financial classes (i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, Third-party Liability, Workers' Compensation; No Fault, Self-Funding, etc.Verify medical services with the facilities medical records system when needed. Assist in training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and communicating job expectations. Reviews the daily billing reports for accuracy and timely billed. Contributes to strategic plan and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, resolving problems; identify systems improvements. Assist Director in employee's performance reviews. Create procedures, methods for billing guidelines. Participate in educational opportunities; coding and billing compliance.Communicates effectively across all departments, administration, as well as external partners.
