Ledgent Technology is seeking a

Tier II Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide network and server support to a broad client portfolio in the tri-county area.

This is a

hybrid opportunity located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The first 90 days will be on-site in Fort Lauderdale. Beyond 90 days, this position will be remote 2x per week.

What you will be doing:
  • Providing technical support to a broad client portfolio in the tri-county area via phone, email and on-site.
  • As part of a field project team, will be responsible for maintenance, installations, upgrades and set up of new network and server environments.
  • Providing network and server management / hardware and server configuration.

What you should bring to the table:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Network management experience - tools aren't overly important; however, D-Link and/or Sophos experience is a plus.
    • Level II experience with hardware configurations and work with firewalls, switches, WAN links, VLANs, QOS
  • Server management experience
    • Windows 10 experience required
    • Office 365 support experience required.
    • Exchange support experience - Office 365 and/or on-prem is a strong plus.
    • Level II sever configurations
    • Active Directory / Group Policy Administration
    • VMWare support experience - should have experience VSphere, looking at the servers, getting the controls on the servers and understanding the properties. No engineering work.
    • Experience deploying virtualized servers on VMWare
    • DNS, DHCP, File/Print
