2+ years of professional experience working on client facing websites and digital platforms
2+ years of experience working on Agile Project Teams - participating in daily standups, ceremonies, and product backlog meetings (Agile/Scrum/Kanbaan)
Prior experience developing user stories and gathering and documenting user and system requirements related to UI/UX websites and platforms
Able to interpret and analyze data from website traffic, clicks, Google Analytics , etc and make recommendations for a better UI/UX
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, API's) and how they work to be able to effectively partner with Technology and Development teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Analytical skills
Go getter and can do attitude
Experience using collaboration tools such as Team Foundation Server, Jira, VersionOne, Confluence, Trello, Slack, etc.
BS Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Digital Media, Communications, Psychology, or similar discipline.

In this role, you will be joining our client's Digital Marketing team and will be working to analyze website data to make recommendations for enhanced UI/UX as well as gathering and documenting business requirements as they relate to the website and API functions. We're seeking candidates who are driven, confident, and have a passion for developing a highly effective user experience. Candidates who have a prior agency background are desired, but not required.
