Looking for cooks and kitchen personnel for a smokehouse in West Kendall (Smoke and Dough). Duties will include prepping plates, cooking on the line (Mac and cheese, brunch plates, beans, etc), grinding meat, trimming briskets, smoking whole meats and more. Knife skills a must.

Barbecue smoking experience is not needed but it is a plus. Pots and pans are heavy so there is some moderate lifting. We will train and teach the art of smoking meats. Pay is between $18-21 an hour. Work permit required. Working weekends and nights is a must.

Among some of the responsibilities include:
- Assist head chef in preparation of food menu
- Trimming meats
- Making sauces
- Removing meats from smokers
- Slice smoked meats to order
- Solve kitchen issues as they arise
- Order kitchen supplies for stocking inventory
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Clean station at end of shift
