Line Cooks + Sushi Cooks

1 experienced Sushi leader
2 sushi prep positions
Requirements for EMBER:
-Must be able to begin work September 13th, 2020
-Should have at least 2 years in an ingredient-focused kitchen
-Must work clean

Requirements for KAIDO:
-3-7 Years working in a Sushi Focused Kitchen
-Experience in a broad array of flavors and techniques
-Please state which position you are applying for: Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook Position

-Any photos and or Descriptions of past menus or sushi dish creation are a plus
-Available for Full time and Nights
