Uptown 66 is growing and looking to add key team members to our professional, fast-paced restaurant group. We are hiring an Executive Sous Chef, as well as experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our Front of House team.

Executive Sous Chef
This is a leadership role for a disciplined, hands-on chef focused on prep execution, systems, and team development.
Schedule
Full-time
Weekends required
Responsibilities
Execute menu standards, recipes, and plating
Lead BOH operations alongside the Executive Chef
Oversee daily prep, production, and kitchen systems
Train, mentor, and manage BOH staff
Maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Assist with menu development and specials
Qualifications
5+ years professional kitchen experience
2+ years in a Sous Chef or Executive Sous role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
High-volume kitchen experience
Latin / Mexican cuisine experience a plus

Servers
(Front of House)
We are seeking experienced, professional servers who understand hospitality, timing, and guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years serving experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nights and weekends required
Professional appearance and attitude

Bartenders
We are looking for skilled, reliable bartenders with strong service standards and cocktail knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Knowledge of classic cocktails, tequila, mezcal, and beer
Ability to work high-volume service
Strong guest interaction and multitasking skills
Nights and weekends required
