FREEHOLD Miami is primed to open this fall in Wynwood, Miami.
FREEHOLD is a 10,000SF multi purpose venue with multiple bars, a coffee shop, restaurant, pizza shop, courtyard, event space(s) and nightclub. We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to run our Miami location.
This person will have experience leading and mentoring a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will work closely with our Marketing, Culinary, and HR departments, as well as Ownership
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to a team of over 60 people
Manage operations and finances of business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive professional development and growth of employees
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Ensure that workplace culture is maintained
Qualifications:
5+ Years of Hospitality Industry experience
Management and Customer Service experience
Strong administrative skills
Hotel Experience
Managed and Lead teams of over sixty employees
Bartending and other Front of House Experience
Willing to train at our NYC location prior to opening
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
Strong communications skills
