Looking for an Experienced & Detail Oriented Kitchen Manager.

Duties include:
Maintaining & organizing a Clean Kitchen
Managing Inventory & waste logs
Managing Kitchen Staff, labor & Schedules
Creating, Maintaining & updating Pars regularly
Creative Food Cost cutting strategies
Food Cost calculation abilities
Efficient use of time & work spaces
Pay will be a combination of salary and performance generated targets and adjusted accordingly based on performance reviews.
